This engine represents the first generation of our current 4.3-litre concept. With lower power output at the time, it formed the technical foundation for the further development of today’s modification generation. Even at this stage of development, it featured our in-house fabricated intake system, machined individual throttle bodies, flow-optimised cylinder heads, individual ignition coils and fully programmable engine management. An important development step from which our current 4.3-litre concept evolved.
